SOAR’S Mission
Our mission is to provide opportunities to increase educational equity and academic achievement by closing the gaps for all San Marcos children through community engagement.
SOAR’s Goals
We will work to 1) increase early childhood readiness among San Marcos residents 2) close the gaps in academic achievement through increasing college access and workforce development 3) engage the community to provide a culture of support for our parents and students.
